The office of undergraduate studies and special programs is accountable to the President and is headed by Academic Vice President whose major responsibilities are: coordinate and direct the overall academic affairs of Undergraduate and Special Programs of the University, facilitate the revision and development of curricula, facilitate research undertakings, the preparation of teaching materials, seminars, conferences, symposiums and workshops within the University, ensure that a well-planned staff development policy is established and implemented, and enforce regulations with regard to academic staff and student personnel.
