As a passionate service provider, Unity University continually restructured its Academic Support Service Centers to provide one-stop response or solution to students’ affairs. In this regard, the major organ that is responsible to undertake such activities is the Office of Student Affairs (OSA). OSA, designed to provide prompt service to students, is currently offering a variety of services. It follows Student Centered approach to address problems that arise during the overall teaching-learning process at Unity.

The following are some of the major academic support services OSA provides:

• Registration
• Course exemption, course add or drop
• Readmission, transfer
• Handling cases related to make-up exam, grade remarking, continuous assessment and attendance
  
• Facilitating matters related to Instructors’ evaluation, absenteeism, complaints, and other matters for decision
• Services related to requests of grade reports, student copy/transcript, official documents, confirmation letters, clearances, and other credentials
